In Obey Me! Belphegor is a quiet and nap-prone character. Here’s how to make the most of his Surprise Guests appearances.
The youngest of the seven demon brothers you’ll meet in Obey Me! is Belphegor. He is usually found reclining (if not completely asleep) as the Avatar of Sloth. He does appear to have feelings for the protagonist, and will pay him a surprise visit on occasion.
You’ll need to improve Belphegor’s Intimacy level during his Surprise Visits if you want to unlock all of his events. With this guide, you’ll be able to enhance the chances of receiving a visit from Belphegor and be prepared to get as much Intimacy as possible when he does.
How You Can Make Belphegor’s Surprising Guests Appear?
If Belphegor is your Home Screen character, remember to tap the speech bubble with the ellipsis whenever it appears. A Surprise Guest will pay you a visit if you do so. All such events initiated from the Home Screen will focus on the character selected there, so if you keep Belphegor in the foreground, you can be sure he’ll pay you a visit on a regular basis.
Surprise Guest visits can also happen at random once a combat is won. When they do, one of the three Demon Cards that just took part in combat will be the visitor. If you want to get as many visits from Belphegor as possible, make sure he’s in your lineup every time you enter a dance fight. It makes no difference whether form of Belphegor you employ; as long as you play one of his Demon Cards, he’ll be involved in these random events.

Get The Most Intimacy From Belphegor’s Surprise Visits
Belphegor will say a line of speech from a predefined pool of options each time he comes to visit. Which one he chooses is partly determined by how the Surprise Guest event was initiated; visits triggered by winning a battle have different lines than visits triggered by visiting the Home Screen.
Furthermore, depending on how high your Star Rating was during the combat, Belphegor has different lines in post-battle visits. You’ll have three chances to give Belphegor a present or touch his onscreen image during his Surprise Guest visit.
The number of Intimacy points you gain depends on how you engage with Belphegor and in what order. The chart below reveals what will satisfy Belphegor the most after each line, as shown by his first line in the event.
