NAME_PASSED_FROM_DIALOG is something that I would like to link to a custom dialog that is created and shown to the person installing the service so they can set/modify the name of the service. I think this is very similar to the WIXUI_INSTALLDIR property being set and passed to the WixUI_InstallDir dialog set.
