Is the Scarlett Plugin Suite compatible with Windows 10?
Scarlett Plugin Suite is still very likely to work with Windows 10 2004, however it is no longer in our testing procedure. The latest fully tested version of Windows 10 for the Scarlett Plugin Suite was version 1809, see this article. Points of Note: You may need to manually select an installation location when working with the installer.
What to do if your Focusrite controller is not connected?
Right click on the ‘Start’ icon > Device Manager. The Focusrite interfaces should appear in both: ‘Sound, video and game controllers’ and ‘Focusrite Audio’. If your interface does not show up in Device Manager, try a different USB/Thunderbolt cable and a different USB/Thunderbolt port. If you still cannot see the interface, please contact Support.
